We focused on targeting San Francisco residents who were food enthusiasts and likely to appreciate the restaurant's unique blend of casual fine-dining. We crafted messaging that highlighted Itria's focus on seasonal crudos, house-made pasta, and an inventive drink menu featuring sake, wine, and beer.
The launch of Itria was highly successful, leading to widespread recognition as one of the best Italian restaurants in San Francisco. The restaurant was featured on prestigious lists by the San Francisco Chronicle, Eater SF, and The Infatuation, and it even earned a spot on the Michelin Guide list within two years of opening.
